It was born from the convergence of two regions belonging to different worlds: Crmnica and Vojvodina.
Crmnica contributed family memories, tradition, and a love for the Vranac grape, while Vojvodina offered the soil where that legacy continues to live. From this union, a profound harmony was born.
The Ljutica family traces its winemaking tradition back nine generations. Upon arriving in Lovćenac, they did not leave the past behind; on the contrary, they ensured that the most precious elements of their homeland found new life under the Vojvodina sky. It is a quest for a space where tradition does not appear as a museum piece, but as something living. Here, Vranac – a variety with a bold character and deep color- takes on a unique narrative. We believe the plains were simply waiting for the story to continue. And the perfect answer arrived. Ljutica is a treasure trove – not just of wine, but of memories, family identity, aromas, flavors, and an extraordinary journey through time.

a fair 50/50 division of the difference in value between you and the lessor is achieved.
Security, rules and transparency
Exclusive transfer
In order to preserve the integrity of our club, independent transfer of lease rights to third parties is not permitted. Any transfer is made exclusively and securely via the official Lessor platform.

Wine is a living substance. The tenant proudly accepts the authentic risks of agricultural production - because it is the unpredictability of nature that gives each harvest its unique character.
