Program„Vranac – Testament“
1. The lessee pays a one-time payment of EUR 300 for the right to lease one vine vine of the Vranac variety – “Testament” for a period of 10 years.
2. The tenant additionally pays an annual fee up to a maximum of EUR 25.
3. The Lessor undertakes to deliver to the Lessee every year, after the harvest, and no later than November 1:
– 1 bottle of premium wine “Testament”, in a personalized wooden box.
4. One bottle of wine from the production of the subject čokot belongs to the Lessor as a reward for work and maintenance.
5. The lessee does not have the right to independently transfer the right of lease. The transfer is possible exclusively through the Lessor’s platform.
6. In case of an increase in the rental value, the Lessor is entitled to 50% of the difference in value.
7. The lessee accepts the risks of agricultural production.
8. The program does not represent a financial, investment or paper product.
Program„Vranac – Legat“
1. The lessee pays a one-time payment of 200 EUR for the right to lease one vine vine of the Vranac – “Legat” variety for a period of 15 years.
2. The tenant additionally pays an annual fee up to a maximum of EUR 25.
3. The Lessor undertakes to deliver to the Lessee every year, after the harvest, and no later than November 1:
– 1 bottle of premium wine “Legat”, in a personalized wooden box.
4. One bottle of wine from the production of the subject čokot belongs to the Lessor as a reward for work and maintenance.
5. The lessee does not have the right to independently transfer the right of lease. The transfer is possible exclusively through the Lessor’s platform.

1. The lessee pays a one-time payment of EUR 100 for the right to lease one vine of the Vranac variety – “Samotok” for a period of 20 years.
2. The tenant additionally pays an annual fee up to a maximum of EUR 25.
3. The Lessor undertakes to deliver to the Lessee every year from the third year of the lease, after the harvest, and no later than November 1:
– 1 bottle of premium wine “Samotok”, in a personalized wooden box.
4. One bottle of wine from the production of the subject čokot belongs to the Lessor as a reward for work and maintenance.
5. The lessee does not have the right to independently transfer the right of lease. The transfer is possible exclusively through the Lessor’s platform.
