By purchasing a product through the online store, the Customer confirms that he is familiar with these Terms of Sale and accepts them in full.

Subject of sale

The online store sells products from the LJUTICA WINERY range (wine and related products), with clearly marked prices, descriptions and characteristics.

All products are intended for adults (18+). By making a purchase, the Customer confirms that he meets this condition.

Prices and payment

All prices are expressed in dinars (RSD) or euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is possible via:

payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina, etc.)
other methods specified on the site at the time of purchase

Payment is made through a secure electronic payment system. Payment card data is not available to the Merchant.

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate of the currency aggregator finance.yahoo.com is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment when the Buyer places the order and receives a confirmation of successful payment by e-mail.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order in case of:

obvious errors in the price or description of the producs
product unavailability
suspected abuse or fraud

Delivery

Delivery is made on the territory of the Republic of Serbia by courier service.
Delivery time: 1-5 working days, except in case of force majeure or increased volume of orders.
Shipping costs are clearly indicated before confirming the order.

Delivery of products abroad is carried out through the DHL service.
Delivery time: 10 working days, except in case of force majeure or increased volume of orders.
Shipping costs are clearly indicated before confirming the order.

Right to withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, except in cases prescribed by law.

The product must be:

unopened
undamaged
in the original packaging

Return costs are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints and compliance

In case of non-conformity of the product, the Customer has the right to complain in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Complaints are submitted in writing to: info@vinarijaljutica.com
The seller is obliged to respond within 8 days and resolve the complaint within the legal deadline.

Refund

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the LJUTICA WINERY winery is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods.

User privacy protection

On behalf of LJUTICA WINERY, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business and user information in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of the LJUTICA WINERY are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Protection of minors

The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is strictly prohibited. The Seller reserves the right to check the age of the Buyer.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor ChipCard a.d. Beograd, so the entire payment process is performed on the ChipCard website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

Final provisions

The regulations of the Republic of Serbia apply to everything that is not regulated by these Terms.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court in the Republic of Serbia is competent.
